By using Vroxy (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vroxy, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vroxy is a browser-based push-to-talk and chat application that allows users to create rooms, send audio and text messages, and communicate in real time. Some features are available without creating an account (“guest access”).

3. User Accounts

• You may use the Service as a guest or by creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You may not create accounts through automated means or maintain more accounts than reasonably necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
• Audio messages may be automatically transcribed using third-party speech recognition services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. AI Agents

• Rooms may include AI-powered agents that respond to messages automatically.
• AI agent responses are generated by third-party language models and may not always be accurate.
• Vroxy is not responsible for the content generated by AI agents.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VROXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
